Paul is a game designer, educator, and software engineer. He has worked
as a Research Engineer and Lecturer in the past, two very different
occupations that he was able to combine into his current role at Quantum
Victoria. Paul's work covers a broad range of activities with
engineering adventures like re-designing 3D and teaching people how to
build 3D printers. At a young age Paul found out very quickly that
hacking could cause problems with the bomb squad been called to his
school as a result of hacking a simple clock. As he moved through school
and life Paul has demonstrated how the hacking of ideas and objects is a
positive rather than a negative. Everything around us is waiting to be
hacked, all you need is imagination.
In the spirit of ideas worth
spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring
people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event,
TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and
connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are
branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED
Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but
individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules

In this video i am showing you how to make a FM transmitter Bug using 2 transistors and a very simple circuit board.
The reason we made this is because every week we get emails from people that can not make there own circuit boards or can not find the capacitor trimmer for adjusting the frequency , well good news this FM transmitter can do without all that ! so we made this easy to build FM Transmitter.
You think your wireless and other technology is safe? From Blue Tooth
to automobile remotes, PCs, and "secure" credit cards, Hacker
extraordinaire shows how nearly every secure system is vulnerable.
Hacking is about more than mischief-making or political subversion. As
Catherine Bracy describes in this spirited talk, it can be just as much a
force for good as it is for evil. She spins through some inspiring
civically-minded projects in Honolulu, Oakland and Mexico City — and
makes a compelling case that we all have what it takes to get involved.
